This is an update to the progress to date on the repairs to the swim/tennis facility from the storm of 3/21/2017.

A group of volunteer board members are working daily to get all the necessary information to our insurance company so that we can begin repairs to the damage at the facility.  On the advice of our insurance carrier the tennis courts have been closed until the repairs have been made.  As I am sure you know, many others in the Metro area suffered damage causing long wait times to get vendors on site for quotes.

Progress is being made and we hope to hear from our insurance company soon that we have the go ahead on some of the repairs.  Due to the complexity of the repairs at the tennis courts, we are still in the process of obtaining multiple bids for repair.

Thank you to all of our members who have volunteered time to help the process and sent us references for repair work.  Thanks to Mary Claire Stockmeyer and Tim Monkhouse we have all the damage documented in pictures which have been forwarded to insurance.  My special thanks to Mickey Brown for volunteering his help in wading through the insurance claim process.  His advice and on site presence has been invaluable.

We know that this had put a strain on our 3 Ladies' ALTA teams for the Spring and thank them for finding alternative locations for practice and home match play.

We will keep you updated as the process progresses.
